Chief Collins EN Uchidiuno

Chief Uchidiuno is a distinguished businessman and the CEO/Managing Director of Pat Emeco International Limited, registered with CAC in 1993, Abuja. A prominent company in sourcing African mineral resources. With a solid educational foundation, he graduated with a degree in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Nassarawa, and furthered his studies at the prestigious St. John’s University in Queens, Jamaica, New York, USA.

Upon his return to Nigeria, Chief Uchidiuno began his career at the Federal Mortgage Bank located at 11 Breadfruit CMS in Lagos, where he acquired essential skills in finance and mortgage management. After gaining valuable insights and experience, he took a bold step into entrepreneurship by establishing Pat Emeco and other business interests. Over the last three decades, the company has flourished, engaging in buying and selling of mineral resources and long-term investment partnerships.

Enhancing his knowledge further, Chief Uchidiuno pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the National Open University of Nigeria, followed by a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the same institution. This unique combination of business acumen and legal expertise has positioned him as a versatile leader in various business environments.

Renowned for his focus, resourcefulness, and adeptness at addressing complex issues, Chief Uchidiuno has made his mark both locally and internationally. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence led to his appointment as a member of the Presidential Committee on Police Equipment Fund by the Federal Government of Nigeria, as well as serving as a major contractor for the Nigeria Police Force and the Ministry of Works & Housing.

As the leader of Pat Emeco international Limited, Chief Uchidiuno oversees several successful corporate entities, including Fracol Property and Investment Company Ltd, Fracol Investment Ltd, and De-Cherub Mall Ltd. His leadership has been instrumental in steering these companies toward sustained growth and excellence.

A devoted family man, Chief Uchidiuno is happily married and proud to be the father of three children. He also holds the esteemed title of Ede II of Ibusa in Delta State, his hometown, reflecting his commitment to his community and heritage. He is also a dual citizen of Nigeria and Canada.

Sandra Odogwu

Sandra Odogwu is a seasoned trade and business development executive with over 19 years of experience in international and regional trade operations. She has led procurement, logistics, supply chain, and project delivery across key sectors such as agriculture, construction, real estate, and haulage in Nigeria and West Africa. Her expertise spans import/export management, cross-border logistics, and strategic sourcing, delivering consistent value for partners and clients across diverse markets.

Sandra began her career with an internship at the age of 16, combining hands-on experience with academic study from an early stage. Over the years, she has earned professional certifications in logistics, supply chain management, and business administration, further deepening her operational expertise. She has successfully supplied traders and factories in Chad with key industrial materials, including steel sheets and rods, demonstrating her capability in cross-border trade and B2B supply operations. Her pragmatic, solutions-driven style has enabled her to lead complex projects and build high-performing teams across diverse sectors.

Sandra is known for her integrity, reliability and commitment to delivering measurable value across every stage of the trade and supply process. She has built lasting relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients by prioritizing transparency, timely execution, and quality assurance. Fluent in English, Igbo, and Yoruba, she brings both cultural fluency and international readiness to every engagement. Sandra is open to new partnerships and collaborations, particularly with international stakeholders in the manufacturing and construction sectors.

Kehinde Olusola, Esq.

Kehinde is a distinguished legal practitioner with considerable years of professional experience and currently serves as the Legal Officer and Counsel at Pat Emeco International Limited. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria and subsequently proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar to practice law as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Over the course of his career, Kehinde has built a strong foundation in litigation, property law, corporate and commercial law, and more importantly, international trade law. His practice has evolved with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving natural resources and raw materials across Africa to Europe and other global destinations. He is deeply committed to ensuring that all transactions are conducted with transparency, integrity, and strict compliance with international trade regulations.

Known for his proactive approach to legal and commercial challenges, Kehinde brings a results-driven mindset to his role, ensuring that the interests of the company and its partners are always safeguarded. His ability to balance legal precision with practical business considerations has made him an asset in structuring and negotiating high-value transactions.

Kehinde is also an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) Lagos, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), reflecting his expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and his dedication to amicable and efficient dispute settlement in international trade.
